CJ Properties & Investments is a Real Estate Investment Company with a primary focus on properties located in Downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. We adopted our slogan, "Building neighborhoods, one house at a time", because that is exactly what we aim to accomplish. We specialize in homes that have been abandoned, insufficiently maintained or improved over the years, borderline foreclosures, and also homes that the current owners cannot afford to maintain or upgrade.  We notice a change in the neighborhood as soon as we start a project.
